Machine Learning Course

I have completed the excellent online course Machine Learning given by Andrew Ng from Stanford University. I am proud of my overall performance - 100% = the best possible score.

The course took 11 weeks from December 2016 to February 2017. The following topics were covered:

• Supevised learning: linear regression, logistic regression, neural networks, SVM (Support Vector Machines)
• Unsupevised learning: K-means clustering, PCA (Principal Component Analysis), anomaly detection
• Special topics: recommender systems, large scale machine learning
• Tips and tricks: Bias/variance consideration, regularization, learning curves, error analysis, ceiling analysis
• Programming in Octave
